Chlamydia: The problem with chlamydia is that it can live deep in the urethra, throat, and cervix for years if untreated. It is easy to pass. One does not even need full on penetration to get chlamydia. I always advise couples in your scenario to just get treatment and not lose the relationship. But, once treated. Any new infection will mean infidelity.
