Yes: There may be little physical danger, but getting a tattoo that you regret can be a source of tremendous grief. If you are smoking meth, this is an unstable time in your life. And I think you realize that involvement with meth is extremely dangerous -- wrong people, and the likelihood of a grisly illness and death.
