Visits and meds: The best way is to get properly diagnosed and treated, including the proper titration and medication alterations until you are controlled. Stress reduction, decreasing salt intake, proper dieting and weight control, and avoiding high caffeine products will help too. Do not to illegal drugs or smoke, and quit if you do. Best wishes.
