Sounds benign: These sound like angiokeratomas or angiomas. They are benign and can commonly occur on the scrotum. They are a small overgrowths of blood vessels under the skin. Having a few on the scrotum is not concerning. To be sure of the diagnosis, I'd recommend getting them evaluated by a dermatologist.
