Thought was back pain, hard to pin point area, centre of back. pain when breathing deeply, rolling over when lying down, bending back - dart of pain??

Could be...: If it's in the center of the back and it's more painful or tender when you touch it then it's worth getting seen for it to make sure it's not an infection of the spine or other suspicious lesion. Watch for any leg weakness or numbness. It could be just spams but unlikely to be dead center.
