Probably OK...: There are a lot of different preparations of Sudafed - some have a combination of medications (e.g. for colds, or cough, etc.) and even Sudafed itself was changed (now, usually has phenylephrine where it used to have pseudoephedrine as the primary ingredient). Some of the combination ingredients could have interactions with Lexapro, so it's important to know what's in the Sudafed you want to take
