Yes: Clitoris is part of the vulva so cancer of the clitoris would be categorized as vulvar cancer. Vulvar cancer involving the clitoris can affect urination by mass effect (blocking it, changing the stream, blood in urine). Vulvar cancer is usually caused by either HPV or chronic inflammation.
