Safe for drug test.: No, you shouldn't fail a drug test with midol. It should be completely out of your system in less than 16 hours based on the ingredients.

Depends on which: Midol you mean. Plain midol is simply ibuprofen in an OTC dose (200mg). Older forms contained tylenol (acetaminophen) and some of the Midol products (like Midol PMS) have other ingredients as well. However, none of them would cause anybody to fail a drug test, as they are all OTC products and I am unaware of any false positives caused by Midol on clinical drug testing.
