Depends: It depends on how long after taking the dtug is the urine specimen collected and if the screen includes amphetamines, which it usually does. Amphetamine can be detected in urine up to about a week after last intake.

No: Midol contains acetaminophen, caffeine and an antihistamine. There is no amphetamine in it at all, therefore it will not show positive on a urine drug test.
