Vaginal odor: "Acidic" is not a common word to describe odors -- hard to tell what you are experiencing. The main cause of strong or foul vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis. However, doxycycline (or the infection being treated with it, e.g. if you're on it for chlamydia) might cause odor. Finish the doxy then contact the doc who prescribed it if the odor persists or you remain concerned.
