Ask your OB please: Normal range 120-160-170 your OB can do an ultrasound with a biophyscial profile and a monitor strip called an nst if necessary to make sure everything is ok, what would be more worrisome would be if the ht rate keeps increasing , so call your OB any serious problems at this point in your pregnancy- u would need to be delivered.

110-160 is normal: The normal fetal heart rate for a fetus is 110-160. If you are having the heart rate checked at your obs office, they might have just caught the heart rate during an acceleration. Maternal fever or dehydration can cause a baseline change in fetal heart rate, but this will correct with reduction of the fever or rehydration.
