After 14 day-antibiotics for pid from hsg test, the pain stopped but now have muscle and backpain and painful nodes in the sides. what could this be?

Not sure: but you should be seen by the person who did the study and prescribed the antibiotic to see if this is a side effect of either or whether the original diagnosis was correct. Good luck!
