Infection: BV? STD?: Colored vaginal discharge with odor almost always means an infection, and at your age (18) that usually means an STD. Gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas, and bacterial vaginosis (BV) all are possible -- and it could be more than one of these. For example, BV often goes along with gonorrhea or trich. You need to see a doctor ASAP (today) for testing and treatment before it becomes truly serious.
