Warm gloves: There are different potentials for freezing up including Raynaud’s phenomena which is exaggeration of the normal response to cold and emotions, other causes anemia or low iron, smoking, some hormonal imbalance or inflammatory/ autoimmune diseases, also diabetes and neurological problems can be a cause I suggest visiting your doctor to discuss this problem and wearing warm gloves in cold weather

Cold fingers: The fingers getting cold could be Raynauds phenomenon which usually is associated with exposure to cold, and vasoconstriction of vessels more than usually expected. Often the fingers, or parts of them, will turn white and you can see a marked line where this occurs. I would otherwise need more information to help you more. That it is Raynauds is not for certain, and only a guess here.
