5 yrs, need help...: A fractured penis is not actually a fracture of bone. It's an injury or rupture of the lining of the part of the penis that fills w blood during an erection. When the penis fills it eventually can't stretch the capsule (Tunica albuginea) any more & becomes hard. This covering can tear/rupture. If tx'd immediately it may heal. But, fibrous tissue gen doesn't heal well & usually req surgical repair.
