Usually 2 wks after : Not everyone is the same, but by 4-5 wks, 2 wks after conception, the Progesterone rises and you get breast tenderness, bloasting, constipation, and sleeppiness. Once you missed your period, a urne preg test should show positive. Blood test is the best though.
