No risk, no worries: The seeds of many fruits (oranges, apples, peaches) contain minute amounts of cyanide, not nearly enough to be harmful. If they did, it would be illegal to sell them in Canada or probably anywhere in the world. People swallow such seeds all the time; even a large handful wouldn't hurt anything. This is nothing to worry about.
