Antihistamine : Both of those medications are anti-histamines. Strictly speaking, you should not take both of them together. However, if you spoke with your primary doctor who knows your specific medical situation, there may be cases where that would be permitted. However, I would not recommend that to you at this time.

Yes: The are both antihistamines (plus decongestant with Claritin D) however at the usual therapeutic doses the most likely side effect will be sleepiness and dry mouth.
