GI guy: Your r young yet a lot of gastrointestinal problems and the treatment does not help, you have to go beck to you GI guy or any doctor to be reexamined and re-evaluated. If that will not help take a copy your results of done tests and have a second opinion, have you been scoped? How was diagnosis hiatal hernia and multiple ulcers done. Was you ca and parathormone level ever checked?

Hiatal hernia: While it would be unlikely 23-year-old, a large hiatal hernia, also known as a paraesophageal hernia, can cause ulcers of the stomach that are not responsive to ppi. This would be best diagnosed with an upper G.I. Contrast study.
