Symtoms overlapp: Anemia when chronic causes fatigue dizziness where as with hypoglycemia symptoms are more acute passing out sweating(cold sweats) Depending on the rapidity the anemia can cause loss of consciousness if rapid blood loss. Majority of anemia are chronic hence symptoms are slowly progressive.

Anemia hypoglycemia: Unless anemia is severe, or you have another complicating medical problem (some examples, heart or lung problems), anemia won't produce symptoms with low intensity activities. It will decrease your capacity for exertion. Many things have similar symptoms to hypoglycemia. The only way to tell is to have you blood sugar checked, when you have the symptoms you feel are from hypoglycemia.
