Sleep 8 hrs, 1hr excercise, & regular diet.usually feel better if i sleep 11 hrs.if someone asks me something while i'm sleeping i'll reply but i won't remember afterwards.i can sleep through anything. what can i do to prevent all of that?

It is not: at ALL unusual to require more sleep during adolescence!! Trying to "prevent it" is NOT a GOOD IDEA! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
