That all depends: on what the cause of the bumps are. Some "bumps" can be from shaving - causing folliculitis and that is not likely to spread by touching it. If the bumps are due to a virus (hpv or molluscum) or bacterial infection, then it is "possible" it could spread, especially if you are scratching the skin on your stomach. See your Dr to determine the cause, then a proper treatment can be discussed.
