Ultrasound: Yes no contraindications to intercourse before an ultrasound. Unless there is the possibility of a cyst that may rupture.

No sex for you: Since i dont know the symptoms you are having to cause the need for an us, i would recommend against sex tonight. Your physician may need to perform a vaginal exam or cultures.
