Maybe not yeast: Contrary to popular belief, vaginal yeast infections usually cause no discharge, or only a small amount of thick, white discharge (sometimes clumped, like cottage cheese). The main yeast symptoms are itching and irritation, usually present all the time, not on and off. You could have both kinds of problem, but your discharge probably isn't due to yeast.
