There are many: possible diagnoses for your symptoms but these can not be differentiated over the internet. You need to provide a detailed history to a health care provider and have a comprehensive physical examination as well as pulmonary, musculoskeletal, neurological and psychological testing. If cardiac and GI are truly normal than other testing may be required depending on the initial evaluations.
