Atrophic vaginitis?: There are many causes of vaginal discharge, including atrophic vaginitis associated with low estrogen levels. Discuss with your doctor; it should be easy to diagnose. Vaginal estrogens usually help a lot, and don't cause the problems that prevent oral hormone treatment. Good luck!
