Doc supervision!: Please be sure that you stop Klonazepam successfully with a doctor's supervision. Withdrawal symptoms can be severe and sometimes long lasting. How serious they are depends on how much Klonopin that you have taken a day as well as by how long you have been taking it. Get help doing this properly and safely now! Yes or no: I would urge you to go to your doctor who prescribe Klonopin to you to help you with the slow tapering. Because you have been on it for 10 years and your dose is moderately high. Sudden stop of 2mg Klonopin could lead to withdrawal symptoms. I believe you are experiencing it now. The danger is some patient might have seizure during withdrawal which could be life threatening.
