Pregnancy? pain: If you are pregnant, the bleeding you describe might be due to a tubal pregnancy, which would create the pain. Get a serum pregnancy test (HCG) and if positive , see your healthcare provider for an exam and evaluation. Tubal pregnancies are dangerous and need to be treated as soon as possible, so don't delay !

PRegnancy test??: Sometimes what you think is a period is not a period but an IMPLANT bleeding episode, or some other possible bleeding related to a pregnancy. If you have had unprotected sex, pregnancy is always a possibility, and something to check. Otherwise if it is negative, then wait and watch for what happens the next cycle
