Yes. Yes: Yes. Fluid in ear (otitis media) common with sinus infection. See Md for antibiotic therapy. ENT best bet.

Wait/go your call: Some of these begin viral and end up bacterial. Both could self heal when your immune system kicks I but that could take months. To sort out whether prescription meds are needed and what those would be you need to see your doc.
