Fungal infection: First, I would want to know with certainty if you truly have a fungal infection - has a doc evaluated you for this? Did they do fungal scrapings/analysis? If that is true, then any of several anti fungal medications could be prescribed that would help-like clotrimazole . The key also, would be to look at what CAUSED this in the first place...usually MOISTURE, uncontrolled sugars (diabetes), etc.
