Period x 2 months: This can happen due to stress, fibroids, or retained products of conception. Would follow up with ob get sonogram ( check for retained products , fibroids, polyp, and PCOS) and check CBC as you can become very anemic. Sometimes you are placed on birth control pills for several months to regluate and assess if your cycle resets .
