Stomach pain: This could be a stomach ulcer, gastritis. Other things in the upper abdominal area that can be causing pain, are the gallbladder from a gallstone, or the pancreas if it is inflamed. It is hard to say what you have based on the limited information you have given, but if no vomiting, severe pain, fever, it sounds like it may resolve with time. If it does not, see your M.D.

Able to drink...?: Few questions to understand your problem - are you able to keep hydrated? When Last period? How is your diet - any fever? , diarrhea? blood in stool or vomitus? I would check pregnancy test, stay on light liquid diet, OK to use ginger for nausea. Lots of water, tea, broth, .. If nothing explains your symptoms - see MD in nearest clinic. It cos be simple as gastroenteritis form food or some more.
