Unlikely: This med is considered relatively safe for breastfeeding mothers.We have no data on it's potential for transfer in breast bilk but we do use it in children.Some cite the need to monitor for sedative effects. Longer acting antihistamines like loratadine or fexofenadine have been studied more with less potential transfer.
