Prevelance?: With even a slight chance of rain, if you're wet - it happened. This is rare and Prozac is not usually good for youngsters but the Dr who felt it necessary either is a specialist or should refer to one. Dysthymia is not 'happy' but it's often seen as mild enough to treat w/o Rx. Talk to the parent/guardian. Happy holidays!
