Likely lymph node: We have little lymph strainers (nodes) located throughout out body.They are 1/4" or so in size at rest and enlarge to 1" or more when stimulated and enlargement produces a stretch of their sensory fibers you can sometimes feel.They often enlarge with bug bites or regional skin irritation from that leg or nearby genital skin. They clean the lymph and shrink back down over a few weeks.
