Possible: Depends on when we are using our electronic gadgets and where . using cell phone/tablets /i pad for whatever reasons in bed and closer to sleep time can affect the sleep cycle .

Unhealthy: It is unhealthy practice as it detaches you from the real world if interaction and developing relationship with real people to a world where you only learn to form friendships through online portals. 4 hrs is a great chunk of your day hiding behind an online portal. It can be psychologically reclusive and associated with higher rates of depression, anxiety and social phobia

Would not recommend: Likely too much screen time, go outdoors and exercise. If your job requires you to be on a computer it would be quite over the top

Screen time.: depend on how much screen time you do as a pat of your daily work. Also every thing in moderation is fine. 4 hours seems a bit excessive screen time.
