Breasts: If they are wide spaced by definition you have plenty of cleavage. You probably meant that you want your breasts to be pushed closer together and have less cleavage between them. You should search out a good cosmetic breast surgeon to discuss options with him/her.

Normal Variant?: The shape of the chest and the displacement of nipples could signal other associated abnormalites in syndromic conditions. A shield shaped chest with widely spaced nipples is common in Turner Syndrome. A thorough evaluation by your MD to examine for other associated finding will be useful in determining if the placement of the breasts is a normal variant or evidence of genetic abnormality.
