My eczema has been flaring up all over my body and has yellow crust on top of areas after moisturizing. i'm using euricin's thick creme but no results?

Lot of possibilities: Crusting eczema can be caused by a lot of different things; oozing (weeping) skin from severely irritated spots, infection on top of eczema, ointment or thick cream residues, or sometimes not eczema at all. If you have having bad flares, it sounds like it's time to see a doctor who can look at your skin and decide if you should add sometime medicated like a steroid or antibiotic.
