Hard to tell.: Because you also recently started on the progesterone shot you are going to have some possible bloating and breast tenderness and mood changes. Therefore it's hard to tell whether you are pregnant based on the symptoms alone unless you start developing severe and more obvious breast fullness and tenderness.
