If : If you are current on the depo-provera injection (last injection less than 12 weeks ago) and have negative pregnancy tests then it is unlikely that you are pregnant.

Blood test: Agree with Dr. M. If you have any doubt, get a blood test for HCG level. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
