Not serious: If you are feeling bloated from excess gas formation then it could be from dyspepsia or from reaction to certain foods you are eating. A food log would be helpful and an exam to make sure that it's not anything serious. You could also try to stick to a mild diet with only bananas and rice in case it's gluten or lactose allergy.
