Squeezing in arm: will need to see your MD for more detailed history. need to rule out any cardiac issues.

Muscle spasms : If no other symptoms present then I would suspect muscle spasms. Could be a pinched nerve in the next as well. Would recommend some neck and arm exercises. If worse then good to be seen.
