Probably not HIV: HIV doesn't cause symptoms like this. It can be associated with vaginal yeast infections, but almost never as the only symptom. Other STDs are more likely cause of vag discharge if recent risk. Easy bruising usually not HIV either. See a doctor ASAP for diagnosis of your discharge and HIV and STD testing -- but the chance you have HIV from a single vaginal sex exposure is extremely low. Good luck!

Get tested: If you have ever had unprotected sex you should get tested for HIV. Getting tested is quick and easy. Even without insurance, many public health departments or nonprofit organizations offer testing for free. It is not something to mess around with. Even if your symptoms are not related, it will give you peace of mind. Always use protection barrier protection (condom) unless mutually monogamous.
