Most likely a virus: Scabies infection rarely has systemic symptoms (overall symptoms). Usually scabies symptoms are localized to the skin where you are being affected. Your symptoms of fever, body aches, sore throat and fatigue suggest an upcoming viral illness. Make sure you are resting with plenty of fluids.
