Many possiblities: You may be a very empathic person who easily feels someone else's pain. You may have a tendency to be a big worrier that you will become ill. There may may be a range of thoughts from thinking that it may come true ,that you will get sick and the more worrisome concern if there is a certainty that will definitely get the other person's problems. In all cases therapy can be very helpful to you.
