Set the boundaries: The feeling that you going through what someone else tells can happen with some people, it is not a mental illness as such but it means your body is more liable to acquire these thoughts from others, you don’t make it Try to set the boundary between symptoms from your body or from others Counselling may help you with more tactics to manage this problem

Many possiblities: You may be a very empathic person who easily feels someone else's pain. You may have a tendency to be a big worrier that you will become ill. There may may be a range of thoughts from thinking that it may come true ,that you will get sick and the more worrisome concern if there is a certainty that will definitely get the other person's problems. In all cases therapy can be very helpful to you.
