Sagittal balance: The SPORT trial (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19487505) demonstrated that patients with degenerative spondylolisthesis associated with spinal stenosis who received surgery (either laminectomy or fusion + laminectomy) showed significant improvement in pain scales. You may benefit from a fusion to correct lumbar lordosis. Would you be able to upload a saggital image of your lumbar spine?
