Avoid DA blocking: sounds like an oromandibular dystonia which can be from an inherited, neurodegenerative or an acquired cause like exposure to dopamine blocking agents. treatment is symptomatic with oral meds like anticholinergic/antihistaminic ,clonazepam,baclofen,muscle relaxants,anticonvulsants,tetrabenazine, botulinum toxin injections (xeomin or botox), and last resort DBS surgery for very refractory dystonias
