Probably other cause: Trichomonas infection (if that is what you have meant) in men has been associated with prostate infection, infertility, and other chronic problems of the genital tract. In addition, it is transmitted sexually to other partner and that might cause other trouble as well. Erection problem might be due to other causes I would really advise to seek medical help to diagnose and treat the condition soon

Sad, but not true: I wish that men who have Trichomonas would have exactly this noted problem as it would minimize transmission to potential unsuspecting female partners. Unfortunately, Trichomonas is very often without symptoms in males leaving their female partners "itching to see their doctors". Once diagnosed, both partners must take the meds during the same time intervals to prevent re-transmission.
