Recommendation : For professional advice you need to be evaluated by doctors and have XRay done : of spine at area of your pain. Then physical therapy and exercise may be helpful.

Needs to be checked: The pain in lower back can be due to many causes.It may be just a musculoskeletal sprain or strain,it may be due to sciatica,or due to Herniated disc, spinal stenosis etc.We do not have enough information to guide you as to what exactly it may be due to.You should consult your Doctor or an Orthopedic Specialist.Will need detailed History&Physical Exam and may need imaging like xrays or MRI etc.
