How do i disinfect my cellphone and remotes in order to clean off giardia or other protozoa parasites (suppose they are there)?

See below: Unless your phone and remote were contaminated by fecal material, it is unlikely that there are cysts of these parasites on the implements. To satisfy your concern, you may clean these with Chlorox wipes. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Getting rid germs: Turn off phone & remove from case. You can use ready-made wipes that are safe for phones or make up a solution of ½ cup distilled water & ½ cup isopropyl alcohol in spray bottle. Gently mist a non-abrasive cloth & wipe down front & back of phone. Let sit for 15”. REF: https://health.clevelandclinic.org/sanitize-your-mobile-phone-with-these-helpful-tips/
